Return & Exchange
What if it doesn’t fit? Or you’ve picked the wrong item? Don’t worry!
If you are not satisfied, we will gladly exchange or refund the item you have purchased. Of course, certain conditions need to be met and these are outlined below.
An exchange or refund will be issued provided that:
- You return the item within 14 days of purchase by posting it back to us within 14 days.
- The item is unworn, and is in its original condition.
- You return the item together with a copy of your receipt.
- You have called or emailed us and obtained a reply paid post number.
How to return an item
Email your receipt and which item you would like to return to our customer service team on orders@koolandthecrew.com.au
The Customer Service team will issue you with a Reply Paid number, this number needs to be clearly printed on the package being returned to us as well as our return delivery address.
Remember: pack items safely for return to us, so they don’t get damaged. Write the return address & postage paid number number on the outside of the package being sent back.
Does it cost me to send an item back?
Your first return (per order) is free, so there is no shipping fee charged to you. If for some reason you need to make more than 1 return for items that have been delivered to you on the same date, then those returns will be charged at $10.
How much will be refunded?
The full cost of the item will be refunded to you if you elect for a refund and not an exchange. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless the items returned are being returned because they are faulty.
What if my item is faulty?
In the unfortunate event that something has slipped through our quality process and arrived to you that you are not 100% happy with then please follow the above process for a full refund or exchange.
What if my item has been worn, and then I discover it is faulty?
Email your receipt and which item you would like to discuss to our customer service team on orders@koolandthecrew.com.au, they will assist you with your faulty item and arrange for a replacement or full refund.
Delivery
Orders will be delivered to
- Your school where we have a delivery arrangement. If there is no delivery arrangement with your school your order will be delivered to your address.
- Directly to your address by a third party delivery Agent.
Where we have a delivery arrangement with your School you can elect to have your order delivered to your address. You can make this selection when placing the order.
You are not able to collect orders from our offices.
School delivery arrangements
Devon Meadows Primary School
Please note deliveries will be made to Devon Meadows every Friday. Please note in order for parents to receive their parcels on Friday the order must be placed online by Wednesday at 12:00pm.
St Joseph’s Primary School Korumburra
Please note deliveries will be made to St Joseph’s Primary School Korumburra every Friday. Please note in order for parents to receive their parcels on Friday the order must be placed online by Tuesday at 1:00pm.
POSTAL ORDERS
Orders placed before 2:00 pm will be posted same day (except on weekends and public holidays). All other orders will be sent out on the next business day. Orders should be delivered within 1-2 business days for Express Post and 3-5 days for Parcel Post.
