OUR GUARANTEE

Kool and the Crew uniforms are made to last and withstand your kids active lifestyles. All uniforms have been quality control tested for consistency and durability. We guarantee your uniform will perform if our care instructions are followed and recommend you refer to the care label inside your garment to ensure it’s longevity is maximised. 

 

WASHING

We recommend washing your garments before they are worn. We do not recommend using bleach as this can discolour the fabric. 

 

STAINS

Stains on a child’s uniform are a part of life and the best way to treat a stain is to dilute it in cold water. 

 

DRYING

Tumble drying is not recommended for any of our garments as this can cause shrinkage and will also reduce its longevity. We recommend drying your clothing either inside or outside away from direct sunlight. 

 

IRONING

Do not iron directly over a printed logo as this will cause it to smudge, place a piece of fabric in between the iron and the logo. A warm setting is recommended when ironing. 

 

WATER TEMPERATURE

It is recommended that all colours should be washed in cold water. 

 

BLEACH/ ENZYME DETERGENTS

Should be avoided, particularly dark coloured or soft wool garments that feature embellishments like embroidery. 

 

LAUNDRY DETERGENTS

Should be soft on clothes. 

 

SOAKING 

Should be avoided for coloured or items bearing coloured embroidery. 

 

TUMBLE DRYING 

Do not over dry your clothing. Over drying causes your colours to fade, increases wrinkling and shrinkage. Please refer to garment labels for specific directions or warnings of ‘do no tumble dry’. 

 

FLAT DRY

It is recommended that garments such as soft wool ‘itch free’ pullovers should be flat dried in shade to avoid stretching and discolouration.
