what are the delivery charges for orders from the online shop? 

Kool & The Crew use Startrack to send all orders. Orders are sent by either Express Post or Parcel Post. Please note collection from the school can be organised on a weekly basis if an agreement has been made with the school and Kool & The Crew.

which payment methods are accepted in the online shop? 

Kool & The Crew uses PayPal for all online payments, PayPal accepts all major credit cards. Please note you can either log in using your PayPal account to pay or alternatively if you do not have a PayPal account you can input your credit card details directly into the PayPal secure site.

how long will delivery take? 

Orders placed before 2:00 pm will be posted same day (except on weekends and public holidays).  All other orders will be sent out on the next business day.  Orders should be delivered within 1-2 business days for Express Post and 3-5 days for Parcel Post. If there is an agreement with the school for a “collect from school” this will take place on a nominated day by the school once a week.

what exactly happens after ordering? 

After an order is placed you will receive a payment confirmation email from PayPal as well as an order confirmation from Kool & The Crew. Once your order has been processes and packed you will receive a completed order email from Kool & The Crew.
